- No overnight stay is required
Protection Beyond the Breakdown
Trip Interruption Coverage
A covered vehicle breakdown doesn't always happen close to home. Engine Shield trip interruption coverage may reimburse qualifying restaurant and hotel or motel expenses when your covered vehicle becomes inoperable while traveling.
- Breakdown must occur more than 100 miles from the contract holder's home
- Up to $250 per day
- Maximum of 3 days
- Or until the vehicle is repaired, whichever occurs first
